The plant-based concept in the United States, nomoo has recently made it to the news for its strategic alliance with Nestle Professional to develop an exclusive line of plant-based products.

The partnership’s first offering- a non-GMO, gluten-free pea protein burger will be rolled out in October this year, with a plant-based chicken burger and cheese currently under development.

It has been reported that the new line of plant-based products is expected to offer key advantages for the brand as it seeks to tap the markets across the United States. Moreover, the deal would further help nomoo streamline its operations providing impeccable benefits such as less waste, low food costs, increased consistency, and extended shelf-life.

In addition, the alliance will also significantly reduce labor and strengthen nomoo’s status as a scalable and appealing concept for potential franchisees.

Speaking on the collaboration, George Montagu Brown- nomoo Founder- stated that with a partner like Nestle that is well known for its commitment to the operational knowledge and finest ingredients, nomoo would attract the right franchise partners to bolster its national growth.

George added that Nestle Professional and nomoo, together, have developed the most distinctly flavored plant-based beef patty. This new union will also help the firm create products that compete with the best plant-based products offered by Beyond Meat and Impossible.

2022 has been the year of partnerships for nomoo. In June 2022, the firm partnered with Fransmart to support the expansion across the US. According to Fransmart officials, nomoo boasts the potential to stand as a major global restaurant brand in the plant-based segment.

While commenting on the latest collaboration of nomoo with Nestle Professional, CEO of Fransmart- Dan Rowe- quoted that with an ally like Nestle, the brand has the ability to drive lucrative growth owing to its streamlined operations and supply, making it one of the most attractive franchise opportunities in the current time.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, nomoo’s menu features a simple yet indulgent selection of chicken sandwiches, fries, burgers, wings, and milkshakes.
